By accessing this website you agree to these Terms of Use and to all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not access or use this website.

Continued access or use after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. These Terms are effective as of the date stated at the bottom of this page.

Nothing in these Terms limits or modifies the rights or obligations of any customer under a Master Subscription and Services Agreement or Order Form executed with LucidTrust, LLC. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and such an agreement with respect to a customer’s use of the LucidTrust platform, that agreement controls.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available on this website and through the LucidTrust platform, including software code, text, graphics, logos, documentation, methodologies, scoring criteria, ratings, assessments, reports, and the selection, coordination, and arrangement of any data or content, are the exclusive property of LucidTrust, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish, sell, license, or create derivative works based on any part of this website or the LucidTrust platform without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right in LucidTrust’s intellectual property.

Automated Access and Data Collection

You may not access, collect, copy, extract, aggregate, or store any content from this website by automated means, including through scraping, crawling, spidering, data mining, harvesting, or the use of any bot, script, agent, or other automated tool, whether or not you are logged in to an account and whether or not the content is publicly accessible.

You may not use any content from this website, or any data derived from it, to develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve any machine learning model, artificial intelligence system, dataset, or competing product or service.

You may not circumvent, disable, or interfere with any technical measure used to restrict or monitor access to this website, including rate limiting, access controls, or robots exclusion directives. LucidTrust may block or restrict access from any source it reasonably believes to be engaged in prohibited automated activity, and continued access after such a block is expressly unauthorized.

LucidTrust ratings, scores, assessments, alerts, and related outputs reflect LucidTrust’s evaluation and opinion based on publicly available information as of the date generated. They are not statements of fact regarding any organization, and they do not constitute a verification, certification, audit, endorsement, or approval of any organization by LucidTrust. Reasonable parties may reach different conclusions from the same information.

LucidTrust ratings and alerts are generated from publicly available information and are produced using automated processes and artificial intelligence. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date and should be independently verified before use. LucidTrust may update, revise, or withdraw any rating at any time.

Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected violation of these Terms of Use, illegal activities, or behavior that harms other users or the service itself. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your access to this website.
